1. Seller and scope
Kovio is an online store operated by Creative Handles s.r.o., Jaurisova 515/4, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, Company ID 04607465, VAT ID CZ04607465. These terms govern purchases made through the Kovio online store. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country that apply to a customer are not affected by these terms.
2. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, variants, images, stock status and prices are presented in the store. The information shown in checkout before payment, including the selected variant, delivery option, price and taxes, is the information applicable to the order. Stock availability may change before an order is accepted.
3. Orders and contract formation
A customer submits an order by completing checkout. Receipt of the order is confirmed by email. A purchase contract is formed when Creative Handles confirms acceptance of the order or dispatches the goods. If a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we will contact the customer and offer a solution or cancellation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and the currency applicable to a market are displayed before payment. The payment methods actually available for an order are shown in checkout. Payment is processed through the selected checkout method. We do not offer any payment method that is not shown in checkout.
5. Delivery
We ship only to countries available in checkout. Delivery methods, final shipping prices and any free-shipping threshold are shown before payment. Delivery information and tracking are provided after dispatch where available. Further details are set out in the Shipping policy.
6. Returns, cancellation and defective goods
The Return and refund policy states our commercial return process and the return address. It does not limit rights arising under applicable consumer-protection or defective-performance law. Do not send products to the return address before receiving return instructions from us.
7. Product use
Door hardware must be selected, installed and used in accordance with the product documentation and applicable safety requirements. Where professional installation is appropriate, we recommend using a qualified installer.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Cookie preferences can be managed through the cookie controls available on the website where applicable.
9. Governing law and contact
