You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Time of Delivery of Goods All goods in our e-shop will be delivered to you within 7 days from the date of your order at the latest.
However, many of our products are already in stock. You can easily identify these items by the green label with the inscription "In stock," and we will deliver them within 48 hours of processing your order!

The integrated self-closing device BOXER 2-4 is made of aluminum and has a surface treatment. It is completely built into the door leaf and frame. When the door is opened, only the pull rod between the guide bar and the body of the self-closer is visible. The self-closing device meets the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard and is tested for min. 500,000 closing cycles. It is characterized by trouble-free operation and a long service life.
When choosing a self-closer, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard, which determines the size of the self-closer (closing force) in relation to the width of the door leaf. The integrated BOXER 2-4 self-closer has a closing force according to SN EN 1154 in three sizes, specifically 2 - 4:
Closing force size 2 according to SN EN 1154 - is for door leaf widths from 750 mm to 850 mm, it must not be set on fire doors
Closing force size 3 according to SN EN 1154 - is for door leaf width from 850 mm to 950 mm
Closing force size 4 according to SN EN 1154 - is for the door leaf width from 950 mm to 1,100 mm
The recommended weight of the door leaf according to SN EN 1154 is 130 kg for this self-closer.
The integrated BOXER 2-4 self-closer has the option of adjusting the door closing speed and the hydraulic end stop when closing (valve). Also permanent opening position setting - 80° - 120° (adjustable) and adjustable damping of opening.
