📦 Delivery Timelines Standard Delivery:
All goods purchased will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of your order.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location in Germany, courier workload, and seasonal demand.
🚚 Shipping Options and Costs
We ship from the Czech Republic to Germany using Packeta (Zásilkovna). Customers can choose between delivery to:
A Packeta pick-up point (thousands of locations across Germany).
Doorstep delivery (home or business address).
Free Shipping Orders over €200 (including VAT) qualify for free standard shipping within Germany.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to door purchases (e.g., oversized doors).
💰 Shipping Rates to Germany (via Packeta)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual parcel weight:

Prices are based on Packeta’s current international rates from Czech Republic to Germany, converted to EUR. Parcels are insured up to €500 by default.
⏱️ Shipping Terms Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Czech/German public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, which allows you to follow your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Delays While most orders arrive within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
Courier network congestion.
Adverse weather.
Seasonal peaks (e.g., Christmas). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and assist with updates.
ℹ️ Additional Information Customs Duties and Taxes
Since shipments are sent from the Czech Republic (EU) to Germany (EU), no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Oversized or heavy items (above 10 kg or exceeding Packeta size limits) may incur additional shipping charges, clearly displayed during checkout.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, depending on warehouse stock and weight limits.
For oversized products (e.g., doors), special shipping arrangements may apply. These will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
