1. Controller

2. Personal data we process

Depending on how a customer uses the store, we may process name, contact details, delivery and billing address, company details, order details, communications, technical and cookie data, and information needed to manage returns or complaints. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider selected in checkout and are not stored by us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to:
- take steps requested before an order and perform a purchase contract;
- meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
- provide customer support, handle returns, complaints and fraud prevention;
- operate and secure the online store;
- measure website performance and conduct marketing only where the required consent or another applicable legal basis exists.

4. Recipients and processors

We use service providers needed to run the store, including Shopify for e-commerce and checkout, the payment method selected in checkout, delivery providers selected for an order, WEDOS for email hosting, and Google Analytics where analytics consent is given. We provide only the data needed for the relevant service. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We keep order and accounting data for the period required by applicable law. Other data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to resolve a claim or to protect our legitimate interests.

6. Cookies and analytics

The store uses essential technologies needed for its operation. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are used only according to the choices available in the cookie controls, where consent is required. You can change cookie choices through the cookie controls or your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or your local supervisory authority.
