Availability and delivery

We deliver only to countries that are available in checkout. Product availability, the delivery method and the final shipping price are confirmed before payment in checkout. Delivery estimates depend on stock availability, destination and the selected carrier.

Czech Republic
- Orders from 0 to 5 kg: CZK 97.90
- Orders from 6 to 10 kg: CZK 119.90
- Free shipping for orders over CZK 2,000

Germany and Austria
- Orders from 0 to 2 kg: EUR 5.90
- Orders from 2 to 5 kg: EUR 6.90
- Orders from 5 to 10 kg: EUR 6.90
- Orders from 10 to 15 kg: EUR 7.90
- Free shipping for orders over EUR 90

European EUR market
- Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain: EUR 5.90
- Free shipping for orders over EUR 90

The final price, availability of a delivery method and any exclusions are always shown in checkout before the order is paid.

Orders and tracking

After dispatch, we send the available tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in more than one package.

Address accuracy and delays

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address, a carrier or events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit rights that customers have under applicable law.
