Return, refund and defective goods policy

1. Commercial returns
We offer a 30-day commercial return period from the date the customer receives the goods. To request a return, contact info@kovio.eu with the order number and reason for the request before sending anything back.
Items should be returned complete, unused and in their original condition, including accessories, screws, instructions and packaging. Please inspect goods before installation. This commercial return policy does not limit any statutory withdrawal, cancellation or defective-goods rights that apply to a customer.
2. Return instructions and address
We will provide return instructions before a parcel is sent. Unless the return is due to a defect or applicable law provides otherwise, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

3. Defective or damaged goods
If goods arrive damaged or develop a defect, contact info@kovio.eu with the order number and, where helpful, photographs and a short description. We will assess the request and provide the applicable remedy. Rights arising from defective performance under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law. We may need to wait until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is provided where applicable.
