You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Time of Delivery of Goods All goods in our e-shop will be delivered to you within 7 days from the date of your order at the latest.
However, many of our products are already in stock. You can easily identify these items by the green label with the inscription "In stock," and we will deliver them within 48 hours of processing your order!

ISM strip for double-leaf doors - mechanical coordination of the gradual closing of the door leaves, integrated into the continuous strip. In combination with ISM TS 3000 and ISM TS 5000. It is made of aluminum and has a surface treatment.
When choosing an ISM strip, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard, which determines the size of the strip (closing force) in relation to the width of the door leaf.
In combination with ISM TS 3000, the ISM strip has a closing force according to SN EN 1154 in four sizes, namely 1 - 4.
In combination with ISM TS 5000, the ISM strip has a closing force according to SN EN 1154 in five sizes, namely 2 - 6.
ISM strip for double-leaf doors is intended for fire and smokeproof door. Optional function is electromagnetic arrest and electromagnetic arrest with smoke sensor.
Area of use ISM (mounting on the hinge side)
For 2-leaf doors, leaf width up to 1400 mm
Min. hinge distance = 1300 mm, max. distance of hinges = 2800 mm
Excessive length up to 3200 mm
Symmetrical and non-symmetrical division of the door is possible, minimum width of the passive leaf = 400 mm
Use:
Installation on doors opening outwards during internal assembly of self-closers with ISM bar.
