You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Time of Delivery of Goods All goods in our e-shop will be delivered to you within 7 days from the date of your order at the latest.
However, many of our products are already in stock. You can easily identify these items by the green label with the inscription "In stock," and we will deliver them within 48 hours of processing your order!

The GEZE - TS 2000 V BC upper door self-closer with sliding rail is made of aluminum and has a surface treatment. The self-closing device meets the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard and is tested for min. 500,000 closing cycles. It is characterized by trouble-free operation and a long service life.
Upper door self-closer with sliding bar GEZE - TS 2000 V BC has the option of setting the door closing speed and the hydraulic end stop during closing (valve). Also setting the permanent opening position - 80° - 130° with locking (not for fire and smoke doors) and damping in the opening direction (fixed).

On light interior doors made of material - wood / glass (with mounting pad for glass doors); steel / aluminum / plastic
Door orientation - for left and right doors
Mounting method - on the door leaf on the side of the hinges or on the frame on the side against the hinges
Weight of the door leaf according to the SN EN 1154 standard - recommended. 60 kg

In cases where it is not possible to attach the self-closer to the door leaf, we recommend using a mounting pad.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
