You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Time of Delivery of Goods All goods in our e-shop will be delivered to you within 7 days from the date of your order at the latest.
However, many of our products are already in stock. You can easily identify these items by the green label with the inscription "In stock," and we will deliver them within 48 hours of processing your order!

The GEZE - TS 5000 and GEZE - TS 5000 L upper door self-closer with sliding rail is made of aluminum and has a surface treatment. The self-closing device meets the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard and is tested for min. 500,000 closing cycles. It is characterized by trouble-free operation and a long service life.
When choosing a self-closer, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the SN EN 1154 standard, which determines the size of the self-closer (closing force) in relation to the width of the door leaf. The door self-closer GEZE - TS 5000 and GEZE - TS 5000 L has a closing force according to SN EN 1154 in five sizes, specifically 2 - 6:
The closing force of size 2 according to SN EN 1154 - is for a door leaf width from 750 mm to 850 mm, it must not be set on fire doors
Closing force size 3 according to SN EN 1154 - is for a door leaf width from 850 mm to 950 mm
Closing force size 4 according to SN EN 1154 - is for a door leaf width from 950 mm to 1,100 mm
Closing force size 5 according to SN EN 1154 - is for a door leaf width from 1,110 mm to 1,250 mm
The closing force of size 6 according to SN EN 1154 - is for the width of the door leaf from 1,250 mm to 1,400 mm
The recommended weight of the door leaf according to SN EN 1154 is 120 kg for this self-closer.
The GEZE - TS 5000 and GEZE - TS 5000 L upper door self-closer with a sliding bar has the option of adjusting the door closing speed and the hydraulic end stop during closing (valve). Also permanent opening position setting - 80° - 130° with locking (not for fire and smoke doors. Optional function is electromagnetic locking and electromagnetic locking with smoke sensor.

For heavier interior / exterior doors made of material - wood / glass (with mounting plate for glass doors); steel / aluminum / plastic
