You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Time of Delivery of Goods All goods in our e-shop will be delivered to you within 7 days from the date of your order at the latest.
However, many of our products are already in stock. You can easily identify these items by the green label with the inscription "In stock," and we will deliver them within 48 hours of processing your order!

You must adapt the lock insert to the depth of your door. How do you determine the correct size of lock insert?
Follow the instructions below:
You need to know the thickness of your door. You can measure it by finding the hole for the mounting screw. From this opening, measure the length to both sides of the door (outside and inside). Dimensions may vary as the center of the lock may be offset. Therefore, you must not forget to measure both sides.
Add the letter G to the dimension where the ball should be placed (mostly the inside of the door). Then find the corresponding dimension of the lock insert in the attributes.
Do not forget to add the thickness of the fittings to the thickness.
The insert can extend by a maximum of 3mm, but ideally the insert is flush with the fittings.
