GENERAL KEY SYSTEM - LOCKING SYSTEM
It is a suitable solution for commercial and private premises such as companies, schools, hospitals, boarding houses, hotels, etc.
It is a group of inserts and keys in which you determine the access rights of individual persons according to the locking plan. The main advantage of the SGHK system is the locking of several doors with a single key, while giving you the possibility to determine the persons who can enter individual rooms.
The general key can also serve as a fire key in the event of a fire, which can be used by security and rescue services to open all rooms.
Parts of the SGHK system can be double-sided and one-sided inserts, padlocks, mailbox locks, furniture locks.
Own KEY (VK) - The own key locks only a single insert.
MASTER KEY (HK) - The master key locks selected individual and group inserts in the locking system.
GENERAL KEY (GK) - The general key locks all inserts in the locking system.
DETERMINATION OF THE EXACT DIMENSION OF THE CYLINDRICAL INSERT
Pro to determine the exact size of the cylinder, in addition to the thickness of the door, the use of fittings and/or a rosette must also be taken into account (it must be added to the thickness of the door). For doors with a rebate, it is also necessary to take into account the shifted axial position of the center of the mortise lock.
We determine the size of the cylinder after installing the mortise lock, by first measuring the V - outward dimension (to the left of the center of the insert fixing screw in the mortise lock face) from the center of the insert fixing screw in the face of the mortise lock, and then the D - inwards dimension (to the right of the center of the insert fixing screw in the mortise lock face). measure the dimension only to the edge of the door (H and D). Subsequently, when you purchase fittings, our employees and/or business partners will calculate the length of the insert according to the type of fitting purchased.
The size of the cylindrical insert is graduated in 5 mm increments and we must choose it with regard to the fittings used. In the case of external, security or otherwise important doors for safety reasons, the size of the insert should be determined so that the cylindrical insert merges with the outer edge of the safety fittings, or so that it does not protrude more than 3 mm over the outer edge of the fitting from the V (exterior) side. In the case of overlapping fittings, it is necessary to measure the depth of the fitting (if it is not sliding). The seller is not responsible for a misaligned cylinder liner.
